Kairova is an independent information website. We do not process payments, ship products or issue refunds ourselves. When you buy a product after visiting this site, you complete the purchase on the secure checkout of BuyGoods, which is the retailer of record.

Satisfaction guarantee

Orders for Neuromind Pro placed through the BuyGoods checkout are covered by the satisfaction guarantee shown on that checkout page (60 days at the time of writing). The exact period, eligibility rules and steps to request a refund are the ones stated on the checkout page and in your order confirmation email. They are set by the retailer and may change.

How to request a refund

  1. Find your order with the BuyGoods order lookup: lookup.buygoods.com.
  2. Use the support link in your order confirmation email, and tell them you want to use the satisfaction guarantee.
  3. Follow any return instructions they give you.

If you cannot reach BuyGoods, write to us at ola.kairova@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you find the right contact. We cannot issue the refund ourselves.
